Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom 3D printed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit, as appropriate. Approved resolutions are typically processed within 10 business days.
